Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the full amount you paid, including any tax, for any reason.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Your access to paid features ends once the refund is processed.
• The guarantee applies once per person. We may decline repeated purchase-and-refund requests.

Email compositionholdings@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with "Refund" in the subject line. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd appreciate knowing what we could do better. We will confirm your refund within 2 business days.

Purchases are generally not refundable after 14 days. We will still give a refund if:

• you were charged by mistake or charged twice;
• the Service does not work as described and we can't fix the problem within a reasonable time;
• we shut down the Service within 6 months of your purchase (see section 4 of our Terms);
• we close your account for a reason other than you breaking our Terms; or
• the law where you live requires it.

Your purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, so you will never be charged again for it. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in your account settings. Deleting your account after the 14-day window does not give you a refund. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when you delete your account.

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster. While a chargeback is being reviewed, we may suspend access to the account it relates to.

Under EU and UK law, you normally lose your right to withdraw from a digital purchase once you start using it. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless, so you can still get a full refund within 14 days.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
